Just an hour from Portland Maine.

From Boston:

  • Route 95 North into Maine
  • Take EXIT 44 (Route 295)
  • Take 295 North to EXIT 28 (Route 1)
  • Take Route 1 North to Brunswick, Bath, Wiscasset
  • Stay on Route 1 North and the Damariscotta, Newcastle exit (Route 129 - Route 130 - Route 215)
  • At the bottom of the ramp go straight onto Route 215 North
  • Continue 2 miles, over the railroad tracks, follow the Alna arrow to the left on to Main Street 
  • Short distance up Main Street look for the MILL POND INN sign and parking lot on your left 

South from Bar Harbor area:

  • Route 1 South toward Belfast
  • Continue on Route 1 South, 37 miles
  • After bridge crossing into Newcastle, on Route 1 South
  • Take Damariscotta Mills Exit, Route 215 North 
  • At the bottom of the exit ramp, right on to Route 215 North
  • Cross over the railroad tracks, follow the Alna arrow to the left on to Main Street 
  • Short distance up Main Street look for the MILL POND INN sign and parking lot on your left
